The challenge today was spending 19 hours of it in a semi truck heading to Missouri and back!  I'm not going to toot my own horn here, but if I can prepare and plan for success during this, it's certainly likely that someone can prepare for any kind of busy day the world can throw at you!

5 Hours of sleep last night (ouch)

3:00AM Probiotics and Spark
3:45AM Meal Replacement with unsweetened coconut milk, blueberries and
strawberries, 3 Omegaplex
8:15AM cauliflower, broccoli, radishes, carrots, 1/3 cup hummus, 2
hard boiled eggs (hummus acts as deviled egg filling, awesome!)
8:45AM Spark (early morning today and it's time to drive 6.5 hours to Missouri!)
10:15AM soy and flax tortilla chips
12:15 Spark
1:45PM Lean turkey burger leftovers, 1/2 cup blueberries and a few strawberries
3:00PM Rehydrate (time to unload pigs in some serious heat!)
5:00PM Spark (starting my drive home)
5:45PM turkey burger, broccoli, cauliflower, radishes and carrots with vinaigrette from Braggs, 3 Omegaplex
9:30 Herb and garlic tuna packet
12:15AM Nighttime recovery and Herbal Cleanse Tablets

TIME FOR SLEEP!  Sheesh.

PS- I can see some serious changes in my midsection in the mirror today!  I got a waterpark to be shirtless at in a week from today!!

1 gallon of water today again.  It's annoying to stop the truck all the time, but the grass needs watering in Iowa ;)
